These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getrenua.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Renua, a brand operated by Point Bastion LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA ("Renua", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from the Site.

2. Products and health information

Our products are dietary supplements. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Individual results vary.

3. Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock issue, and will refund any payment in that case. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Promotions and free gifts apply only as described at the time of purchase and while supplies last.

4. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal from your account or by emailing support@getrenua.com. Charges already processed are covered by our refund policy.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Payment

You agree to provide valid payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers. If a chargeback is filed for a valid order, we may dispute it and provide order and delivery evidence.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Renua or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. User content

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and share it in connection with our business. You confirm you have the right to submit it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renua is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
